Terri and Kirsty began their career in health and social care during the 1990s. Terri’s career progression led towards becoming a registered care manager where she gained years of experience within various settings; residential home specialising in challenging behaviour, a supported living service for learning disabilities and a mental health and a dementia led residential care home. Kirsty’s career progression led towards compliance, learning and development. Kirsty is train the trainer certified in the following; Risk Assessments, First Aid for Adults and Paediatrics, Moving & Assisting, Dementia, Dignity in Care, End of Life, NAPPI (non-abusive psychological and physical intervention) and lastly Medication Awareness
